Political contributions are not tax deductible. Contributions from foreign nationals, federal contractors, and corporations are prohibited by law. By Florida law, individuals may contribute a maximum of $1000 per election. The primary and general elections are considered separate elections. Contributions made by credit card, debit card, check, or money order are permitted. Cash contributions may not exceed $50 per election.
